What a terrific time I had in NZ and it is thanks to you for all you hard world behind the scenes, for making it go so well for us all. Alastair, too, has had an amazing adventure in NZ and was very glad to have had all your company's help in getting him to the Scotland pool matches. Thank you for all your time and attention during our visit to New Zealand.

Just to confirm that 6 members of the team have arrived back to the UK safely- all went as smooth as clockwork on the return trip- only 20% full on the plane from Bangkok to Heathrow so brilliant for getting some sleep. The final was brilliant- very tense- it was great watching the Kiwi’s squirm and then the outpouring of 24 years of hurt flowed!!!! On behalf of myself and Katherine I would like to thank you personally and the team from LWTL for making the trip one to remember.

We are home safe and sound, all be it a little tired…Fiji was great I would recommend it if you get a chance. Ignoring the Rugby it was a good trip all round for us, we enjoyed it very much. I’m sure mainly due to your professional manner when dealing with your customers at all times and your excellent tour leadership skills…

Arrived back safely yesterday. Managed to keep going until 7.30 before collapsing in a heap!!!!! Then, of course, felt bright as a button by 4.15 this morning!!!!!! Want to say a big thank you to both yourself, Jo, and everyone else behind the scenes at the office, for organising a perfectly orchestrated, and well thought out tour. I would certainly recommend the company to anyone who was considering a sports based event or tour!!

Everything at the end of the trip worked fine, Mum got her transfer easily and made it with plenty of time to spare. We had a great week in our campervan, drove over 1000km around... and saw everything from Warren Gatland to Killer whales... Yes, I kid you not..KILLER WHALES! Thanks again for a great trip, you were a great host and we both had a fantastic time.
