Friday
Depart London Gatwick on flight BA6944 to Malaga at 08.00 arriving into Malaga at 11.55 . On arrival you will be met by coach driver with “Leathwaite” sign and transferred to the 5* Ritz Carlton - Hotel Villa Padierna for a 2 night stay B&B.
All guests will need their passports and Credit Cards ready for hotel check in.
You will be welcomed on arrival and after check-in enjoy the afternoon at leisure. (You will be also be given a full brief on where the dinner will take place as the outdoor option is weather dependant)
20.00 – Meet for 30 minute drinks reception
20.30 – Head to your tables for 3 course meal (menu selected in advance)
22.30 – Dinner ends
23.00 – Premium drinks package ends
Following dinner drinks in the hotel bar before making your own way in taxis to Dreamers Nightclub in Puerto Banus, there is a guestlist from 00.45 onwards under the group name Leathwaite.
Saturday
07.30 – 11.00 Breakfast 
Free day for you to enjoy the hotel amenities (Spa, swimming pool and golf)
For those playing golf the first tee-time is 10.00 (please be there at 09.45 at the latest)
19.00 - Meet in hotel lobby to get taxis to the Puro Beach Club for dinner
20.00 - 1 hour open bar
21.00 - 3 course meal with wine, soft drinks and water included
23.30 - END
Own arrangements after dinner. Choices to stay at the Puro Beach Club or to head into Puerto Banus.
Sunday
07.30 – 11.00 Breakfast
Free day for you to enjoy the hotel amenities (Spa, swimming pool and golf).
Check out is at 12 midday but able to use hotel facilities and freshen up/shower in the Spa Area in the afternoon.
17.30 – Board coach for transfer to Malaga Airport for flight BA6985 departing at 20.35 landing into London Heathrow Airport at 22.20.
