Depart London Heathrow on Sri Lankan Airlines departure at 2200.
FRI 30 NOV
On arrival in Colombo at 1610 you will be met by your representative and transferred to Kandy Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel Topaz Kandy.
SAT 01 – WED 05 DEC
Breakfast at hotel.
Return transfers to 1st Test in Kandy
Dinner & overnight stay at Hotel Topaz
THU 06 DEC
After breakfast do a brief city tour of Kandy with visits to Temple of the Tooth Relic & Royal Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya.
Thereafter proceed to Dambulla, en-route visit the Spice Garden & Batik Factory at Matale.
Dinner and overnight stay at AMAYA LAKE 4* Dambulla.
FRI 07 DEC
After breakfast visit & climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress
Sigiriya is home to the 5 th century “Fortress in the Sky” which is perhaps the most fantastic single wonder of the island. It is also known as the Lion Rock because of the huge lion that used to stand at the entrance to the fortress. Within its triple-moated defence the huge rock rises almost to a sheer height of 500ft. On its summit are the foundations of what was once a great and sumptuous palace and gardens complete with swimming pool.
Late afternoon enjoy an elephant ride at Habarana
Dinner and overnight at AMAYA LAKE .
SAT 08 DEC
After breakfast proceed to Polonnaruwa for sightseeing.
Polonnaruwa is the 11 th century capital of the Sinhalese Kings and contains some splendid building and spectacular statues. The Sathmalprasada is a huge tiered dagaba (pyramid style) Rankot Vihara is a cave like shrine and probably the most photographed area of the whole ancient site is the Gal Vihare which is a rock shrine with three gigantic figures of the Buddha cut into granite rock.
Late afternoon visit the Minneriay National Park by jeep

SUN 09 DEC
After breakfast visit the Dambulla Cave Temples
A monastery complex of 5 caves dating from 2 nd Century B.C. up to the 19 th century contains 22,000 sq feet of Buddhist paintings on the walls and ceilings, where more than 130 Buddha statues, and statues of Gods and Kings are found.
Proceed to Negombo, enroute visit the Elephant Oprhanage at Pinnawela.
Dinner & overnight stay at BLUE OCEANIC BEACH HOTEL 3*+ Negombo.
